Pear Tree Cafe

Pear Tree Café opened in 2016 beside a tranquil lake in Battersea Park, founded by chefs Annabel Partridge and Will Burrett.

The pair met while working under Skye Gyngell at Petersham Nurseries, later honing their craft at celebrated restaurants including Spring at Somerset House—which they helped launch—and the iconic Chez Panisse in California.

Quickly becoming a local favourite, Pear Tree Café expanded in 2021 to a new home on Clapham Common, followed by a third location in Lincoln’s Inn Fields in 2024.

Though Will departed the team in 2024, Annabel continues to lead all three cafés with clarity, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

Open daily from dawn until dusk, the cafés serve fresh, seasonal dishes with a thoughtful, modern twist—bringing new energy to London’s café culture.
